RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you will love your products from Wantism. However if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason we offer a 30 Day Return Policy, from the original date of purchase. Simply Contact Us for return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition they were received with all original packaging included.

*Please note: While outbound shipping is offered for free by Wantism, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. 

To complete your return, we first require a valid order number for proof of purchase. Do not attempt to return any items without first Contacting Us to authorize your return. Any items returned without a valid return authorization cannot be refunded.

*There are certain situations where additional fees may apply to a return:
- Any items not in their original condition
- Items which are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to shipping error
- Vendor items that require a restocking fee


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

DAMAGES

We strive to source only the best quality products for our customers. However, there are many outside factors that may result in a product being damaged during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a brief description and photos/videos which clearly show the damage. 

We cannot honor any claims of damage after 48 hours of delivery, so please remember to inspect your items thoroughly and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. 

By law all LTL freight shipments (Generally Larger Furniture Items) require customer inspection and signature upon delivery manifest, bill of lading, or “Received by” acknowledgement of receipt by you or an authorized agent of the customer.

If your LTL freight shipment item arrives damaged it must be noted on the bill of lading or manifest at the time of delivery inspection. 

Please Contact Us within 48 hours of your LTL delivery providing a brief description and photos/videos which clearly show the damage.

We cannot honor any claims of damage to LTL delivery items if not noted on the delivery manifest, bill of lading, or “Received by” acknowledgement with the courier and after 48 hours of delivery, so please remember to inspect your items thoroughly with the courier and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. 

EXCHANGES

We can only offer replacement items if they are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange any item please Contact Us
